Blazer Discus Trainer

The perfect answer to coaches training the spin technique with shot put or discus. It is durable, but lightweight and easy to move. It is adjustable for all athletes. It’s a great tool for any skill level! Springs give way when struck for safety.

The goal is to teach athletes and provide kinesthetic feedback each repetition.  Athletes learn proper positioning of their trail leg as they begin to rotate out of the back of the circle.
